It is called One Tree Hill Cider as there is a hill opposite where I live is called One Tree Hill ( although it has now many trees on it these days) and the allotments where public pressings are carried out are called One Tree Hill allotments.
Locally made cider made by CAMRA Cider activist (me) with
very kind help from volunteers on a apple pressing days.
Pressed among trees on One Tree Hill Allotments, Honor Oak, SE23,
So Cider made in Woodland.
Plus some made at home, still among trees.
Cider Apples sourced from a Garden in Herne Hill complemented
with other locally donated desert and cookers.
I have created a video
for beginners looking to make their own cider, apologies for
the sound, iphone records using multiple microphones. Next year
I'll try to do a more polished version.
